We're Brendan and Rebecca — a husband-and-wife team based in the Illawarra, on the NSW South Coast. As a Christian couple, we share a deep love for God and for His creation, and we've experienced how carrying His Word with us throughout the day can bring peace to our hearts and meaning to our everyday routine.

Rebecca has spent over 24 years as a professional photographer, working with leading studios across New South Wales. Over the years, her camera has captured countless moments, places, and landscapes — but it was God who led her to combine that skill with Scripture, creating art that doesn't just decorate a wall, but speaks truth into a home.

We're lucky enough to call the Illawarra region home, and much of our photography takes place right here — from the golden sand and turquoise water along the coastline to the quiet stillness of the bushland further inland. There's something about this part of Australia that constantly reminds us of God's creativity and generosity, and we love being able to share that beauty with others through our prints.

Every piece we create pairs Rebecca's original photography with Scripture that has spoken to us personally — a verse of comfort, of hope, of new beginnings. We named our business Arise Shine Prints after Isaiah 60:1 — "Arise, shine, for your light has come" — a verse that captures exactly what we hope our art does in someone's home: gently calling them toward light, hope, and faith, one glance at a time.

All of our prints, cards, and packaging are produced right here in Australia, using Australian-made materials that are kind to the environment. From sourcing eco-friendly, sustainably produced paper stock through to supporting local printers, we want every part of what we do — not just the image and the verse — to reflect the same care we have for God's creation.
