    How are prints packaged to prevent damage during shipping?

    Our prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition. Depending on the size, prints are protected in cello bags, with cardboard or protective packaging for added support. Larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube.

    Our prints are professionally produced in both Australia and New Zealand through trusted professional photo labs and printing partners. We carefully select high-quality papers and materials to ensure each print is beautifully reproduced and finished to a professional standard before being carefully packaged and sent to you.

    Do you ship outside of Australia?

    Yes! We’re pleased to offer international shipping on our prints. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, with delivery times varying by destination.

    What sizes are available for your prints?

    Our prints are available in a range of popular sizes to suit any space — from small desk or shelf pieces to statement wall art. Standard options are listed on the website.

    However custom sizes may also be available upon request.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Orders are professionally printed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Australian orders generally arrive within 2–6 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, so please allow additional time for overseas orders.

    What is your returns policy?

    As our prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

    What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

    Please email us a photo of the damage along with your order number at ariseshinecards@gmail.com,‍ ‍and we’ll arrange replacement/refund.

    Are your products available for wholesale?

    Yes! We do wholesale orders with churches, Christian organisations, gift shops and retailers interested in our prints.
